Responsibilities

• Ensure extraordinary guest experiences and build long‑term customer relationships.
• Own all aspects of leading, managing, and developing the team, including staffing, shift scheduling, and career development.
• Lead ongoing training, coaching, and creative problem solving.
• Hire, train, and motivate team members to achieve cafe goals.
• Manage performance, recognition, and succession planning.
• Maintain high‑quality operations, service standards, and continuous improvement.
• Adhere to cafe systems, policies, regulations, and food safety standards.
• Ensure a healthy and safe culture for the team.
• Grow sales, maximize profitability, and manage associate labor, costs, and inventory.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Three years of management experience (preferred).
• Proven ability to direct, motivate, coach, and develop others in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to drive positive results and run great shifts.
• Demonstrated understanding of business operations.
• ServSafe certification.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
