This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s branding and products but is a separate employer responsible for all employment matters—including hiring, firing, and scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create a plan to achieve them.
- Lead a team of Department Managers, helping each set goals, track progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve their departments.
- Drive overall restaurant improvement through effective department management.
- Optionally hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong team for the future.
Qualifications
- Previous managerial experience.
- Background in quick‑service restaurants strongly desired; experience in hospitality or retail is also valued.
- Must be 18 years or older.
