As General Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all club operations, leading your team, and delivering strong results in a supportive, upbeat, and member-focused environment.

Job Location: Schererville, IN 46375. Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00.

What You’ll Do
- Create and maintain a positive, welcoming Judgement Free Zone environment
- Train, lead, and manage a team that includes an Assistant Manager, Team Members, Cleaners, and Trainers
- Foster a strong team culture through clear communication, accountability, and recognition
- Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to support staff growth
- Build team schedules to meet operational needs while staying within payroll budget
- Monitor performance and hold team members accountable to club standards
- Identify and resolve issues with professionalism and care
- Ensure accurate handling of all payments; manage inventory and supply needs
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Conduct inspections and address operational or cleanliness concerns promptly
- Stay current with all required training and certifications
What We’re Looking For
- Energetic, goal-oriented leader with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication abilities
- Reliable, honest, and organized
- Capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Prior leadership experience in a high-volume setting preferred
- Proficiency with basic computer and math skills
- CPR/AED certified (otherwise, we will provide certification)
- Must be 18 years or older
- Willingness to travel to other clubs, if needed
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, and communicate throughout the shift
- Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Must contribute to overall club cleanliness
