Restaurant General Manager . We are looking to hire a leader who can take ownership of the entire operation, strengthen our management team, build scalable systems, and help position the business for future growth.

- Take ownership of the entire operation.

- Build scalable systems and processes to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
- Position the business for future growth and expansion.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of successful General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant.
- Proven turnaround experience with a track record of improving operations, developing strong teams, and driving measurable results.
- Experience building systems, processes, and accountability that create consistency and operational excellence.
- Strong financial acumen, including labor management, food and beverage cost control, inventory, and P&L management.
- A proven ability to hire, coach, and develop managers into high-performing leaders.
- The confidence to make sound decisions independently and operate with an ownership mindset.
- High standards for food quality, cleanliness, guest experience, and team culture.
Compensation
$75,000-$85,000 per year
