General Manager

The Judge Group is seeking a General Manager for a Part 145 repair Center in the San Fernando, CA area.

COMPENSATION:

150k to 185k plus bonus

MUST HAVE:

5+ years’ in a 14 CFR Part 145 certified repair station

MUST HAVE:

Strong knowledgeable of FAA/EASA regulations

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• - Oversee all business strategies for the Component Repair center operations (Operations, Materials, Quality, - Planning, Contracts, Personnel)
• - Meet strategic goals and performance objectives
• - Ensure that the service center adheres to all regulatory, legal, social, safety and contractual obligations
• - Act as the main contact for FAA relations
• - Maintain staffing levels
• - Ensures contract obligations and customers’ expectations are met
• - Upsell contract terms
• - Provide status reports to customers

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• - 5+ years’ in a 14 CFR Part 145 certified repair station
• - Strong knowledgeable of FAA/EASA regulations
