Responsibilities
- Lead all daily operations of a high‑performing dental implant center generating $10M+ in annual revenue
- Oversee 10–20 team members across clinical and administrative functions, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Partner strategically with the Lead Prosthodontist to align clinical care with strong business performance
- Manage full P&L responsibility—including budgeting, forecasting, and financial optimization—to achieve revenue and profitability goals
- Implement best practices for scheduling, patient flow, and operational efficiency to deliver an exceptional patient experience
- Leverage data‑driven insights to monitor and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient satisfaction, productivity, and revenue growth
- Drive business development through marketing, community engagement, and referral partnerships to grow patient acquisition and retention
- Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and company standards for quality, ethics, and safety
- Champion a positive, high‑performance culture, providing coaching, training, and career development for all team members
- Represent ClearChoice in local business and healthcare communities, strengthening brand reputation and community impact
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of progressive leadership experience with documented P&L ownership ($3M+ preferred)
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets in a consultative, service‑driven environment
- Direct management of 8–25 person multidisciplinary teams
- Strong business acumen including KPI fluency, P&L ownership, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Comfort operating in a dual‑function environment (clinical delivery + business performance)
- Experience managing or participating in a high‑ticket consultative sales process preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or healthcare management degree preferred
