General Manager

About the Job

We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of management experience in food service to lead our team and keep our restaurant running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

Customer Service & Food Quality

  • Ensure customers receive the correct food quickly.
  • Ensure food is fresh, high quality, and made the right way every time.
  • Apply the Hot‑N‑Ready Promise to all decisions and stations.

Clean & Safe Restaurant

  • Keep staff presentable and compliant with health and safety rules.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store to comply with health code regulation and ensure smooth operations.
  • Hire, train, and manage team members.
  • Motivate and coach the team to work well together and perform to their best.
  • Handle any problems with professionalism and fairness.
  • Complete daily and weekly paperwork accurately.
  • Create staff schedules, order food, and plan for busy times.
  • Ensure equipment functions properly and the restaurant opens/closes on time.
  • Manage money carefully and control costs.
  • Run local promotions to help increase sales.
  • Supervise all team members, including those under 18.
  • Follow all labor laws, safety rules (OSHA), and company policies.
  • Work 40–50 hours a week, including nights and weekends.
  • This is a hands‑on job – performing physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and bending.

You Must Be Able To:

  • Lift up to 55 pounds.
  • Bend, twist, squat, and stand for long periods.
  • Use kitchen tools and equipment safely (knives, ovens, registers, etc.).
  • Work in hot and cold environments.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
  • Count money and perform basic math for sales, schedules, and inventory.
  • Drive legally if required.
  • Maintain medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Participate in 401k.
  • Access earned wage tools (“on‑demand pay”).

Other Important Info

  • Learn and follow all Little Caesars training and procedures.
  • Supervise shifts and cover for absent team members.
  • Stand outside and hold signs to attract customers (“shakerboarding”).
  • Control and utilize equipment safely and correctly (sheeter machine, VCM, sauce ladle, cheese cups, pan gripper, spatula, pizza and dough cutter, knives, can opener, pastry brush, scales, microwave, telephone, cash register, etc.).
