$50,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr
PLUS bonus program up to $1,000 per month based on performance.
Employment Overview
This General Manager position is in a McDonald's restaurant operated by an independent franchisee (not McDonald's USA). The franchisee is the sole employer and is responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, and scheduling.

General Manager Responsibilities
- Run a profitable restaurant and ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Set restaurant goals with the corporate leader and create a plan to achieve those goals.
- Lead Department Managers, helping them set goals, tracking progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their Departments.
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong future team.
Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations.
- Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is strongly desired.
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
