Responsibilities
- Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them.
- Lead a team of Department Managers, help them set their own goals, follow up on progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve department performance.
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong future team.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Associate Degree (Preferred)
- Restaurant or Customer Service Experience: 1 year minimum (Preferred)
- Driver’s License
Additional Information
- Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume locations is ideal.
- Background in quick‑service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is strongly desired.
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.
