Qualifications
* 2+ years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, transportation, field services, or a similar environment.
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to lead in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
* Valid driver's license required.
* Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
