General Manager

• Base Salary: $180,000–$200,000, plus benefits and incentives

What You’ll Do

• Lead the daily performance and strategic direction of the business.
• Develop and execute a plan to grow revenue.
• Expand external customers, markets, and commercial channels.
• Own the P&L, budgeting, forecasting, margins, cash flow, and performance metrics.
• Strengthen operational processes, organizational structure, and accountability.
• Lead and develop the engineering, operations, applications, and design teams.
• Oversee major projects and ensure quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare the organization for continued growth and potential future acquisitions.

What You’ll Bring

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, civil, chemical, environmental engineering, or a related field.
• Leadership experience within industrial controls, control-panel integration, engineered products, technical services, municipal utilities, or a related industry.
• Demonstrated success leading engineering, project management, operations, or business teams.
• Strong P&L management, business-development, and operational leadership experience.
• Experience scaling revenue, professionalizing an organization, and building high-performing teams.
• The ability to establish KPIs, improve processes, manage risk, and drive accountability.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working effectively with founders, technical experts, and established teams.
