In this General Manager Leadership position, you’ll have full P&L responsibilities as well as pricing strategies, Lean / CI, and responsibility for overall strategy and culture of the business! This position is responsible for a single business or multiple, smaller business lines. We need a manager who has experience working with a unionized workforce.

Minimum requirements for this General Manager’s position:
• At least 12 years of food or beverage manufacturing management experience
• Experience with P&L, KPI’s, Budget management
