General Manager – Restoration Operations

Compensation: $200,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus up to 50% ($300,000+ Total Compensation Potential)

Lead One of the Fastest Growing Restoration Companies in the Northeast

SERVPRO Team Luzzi is seeking a proven executive leader to oversee and grow our restoration operations throughout Northern New Jersey and New York City.

This is not a maintenance role. We're looking for someone who has successfully built teams, improved profitability, developed leaders, and managed large restoration operations.

You will report directly to ownership and have the authority to make decisions that impact operations, customer satisfaction, employee development, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all mitigation, reconstruction, contents, and emergency service operations.
• Develop and mentor department managers.
• Recruit and retain top restoration talent.
• Drive profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, KPIs, and financial performance.
• Improve production systems and accountability.
• Build strong relationships with insurance carriers, commercial clients, and referral partners.
• Ensure operational excellence across every department.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in restoration management.
• Executive leadership experience.
• Managed multi-million-dollar restoration operations.
• Experience leading mitigation and reconstruction divisions.
• Strong understanding of Xactimate and insurance restoration.
• Proven leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
