Job Description

Eldridge Park is hiring a General Manager! We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and engaging leader to oversee park operations, employees and volunteers, entertainment, rentals, financial administration, marketing, fundraising, sponsorships, grants, and community relations. This annual position offers a seasonal schedule—approximately 20 hours per week from October 1 through April 30 and 40 hours per week from May 1 through September 30, with a salary of $52,000, 40 hours of PTO, flexible off-season scheduling, and the opportunity to work remotely during the off-season when appropriate. Candidates should have management, human resources, accounting, marketing, sales, and customer-service experience, along with strong communication and organizational skills and an appreciation for Eldridge Park and local history. Grant-writing experience and familiarity with QuickBooks and Square are a plus. Interested candidates are encouraged to submit a résumé and brief cover letter to Eldridge Park.
