About the Role
As General Manager, you will lead the overall performance of a NOVO facility, driving results across production, safety, quality, maintenance, logistics, and financial performance.
Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will play a critical role in optimizing operations, developing teams, and ensuring compliance in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all aspects of facility operations, including production, safety, quality, maintenance, and logistics
- Own full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
- Drive operational efficiency, throughput, and cost optimization
- Analyze KPIs and implement data-driven improvements
- Build and develop high-performing teams and leadership pipelines
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, DOT/FMCSA, and accreditation standards (HLAC)
- Lead audit readiness, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with customers to deliver exceptional service and strengthen relationships
What You Bring
- 5+ years of General Manager or senior operations leadership experience
- Background in manufacturing, industrial laundry, or high-volume production environments
- Proven success driving financial performance, operational excellence, and team development
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (HIPAA, OSHA, DOT/FMCSA)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
