We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coffee, food service management, and hospitality, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
• Ensure high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service are consistently met.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Oversee shift management and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment that complies with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management with a focus on food service.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen management, food preparation, and restaurant operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective team leadership.
• Ability to conduct interviews, hire qualified candidates, and provide training as needed.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth while maintaining high-quality standards.
