Job Requirements for the General Manager

• Team Management of 20 + team members.
• Management experience in hospitality, food service, or retail.
• Articulate and well-spoken communication.
• Open availability to work.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Knowledge of business financials: P&L, budgets, cost centers.

Job Duties include:

• Hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching staff and Managers.
• Daily operations of retail and food service operations.
• Coach and develop others – preparing the bench strength..
• Guest service – building a rapport and community of faithful customers.
• Hands-on. Help where needed – especially during peak business times.
