General Manager — Pre-Opening Hotel Leader

LBA Hospitality is hiring a General Manager for the upcoming Home2 Suites by Hilton Ooltewah in Tennessee, opening in late 2026. This full-time leadership role will oversee pre-opening requirements and build the opening team to set the stage for a successful launch.

Once open, you will manage day-to-day operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B, ensuring budget adherence and quality standards while coordinating with corporate recruiting and brand guidelines.
