General Manager
We're seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations at two new premier clubhouse properties in the Jacksonville and Tampa areas. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing F&B operations in a private club, HOA F&B, or upscale hospitality setting, with strong hands-on leadership, budgeting, and member/resident relations skills.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 10+ years of General Manager experience in private clubs, HOA F&B, or upscale restaurant management
- Strong financial and P&L management skills
- Excellent leadership and staff development abilities
- Outstanding guest service and employee training orientation
- Experience with Restaurant365 is a plus
