Responsibilities
Lead the restaurant’s operations, cultivating a culture of excellence and customer focus. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include:
- Managing performance, engagement, and training initiatives for the restaurant management team and associate staff.
- Partnering with local store marketing to achieve sales and profit goals and maintain top‑tier Meatcraft quality.
- Ensuring the restaurant consistently delivers a superior guest experience and high‑quality menu items.
Qualifications
- At least one year of restaurant or retail management experience.
- Outstanding examples of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
