General Manager - Boise, Idaho George Thomas Executive Search has been retained to appoint a General Manager for the Commercial Division of an established wholesale distributor of fuels, lubricants and propane in Boise, Idaho.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially focused operator to oversee sales, operations, purchasing, warehousing, facilities and people across the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitable growth, improving operational performance, strengthening customer relationships and developing a high-performing team.
Lead the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the Commercial Division. Develop and execute business plans, budgets, KPIs and performance targets. Drive sales growth, market share, profitability and customer loyalty. Oversee purchasing, inventory, warehousing, logistics, facilities and asset utilisation. Maintain excellent standards of safety, compliance, service and operational performance. 15+ years' management experience, ideally within a distribution, industrial, energy, fuels or branch-based environment.
Strong financial, analytical and business-planning capability.
Experience leading multi-functional teams across sales and operations.
Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA advantageous.
