Requirements
- Run a profitable restaurant and ensure that it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Work with senior leadership to set the restaurant’s goals and create a plan to achieve them.
- Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set their own goals, track progress, coach, and provide direction to improve their departments.
- Recruit, hire, and develop Department and Shift Managers so the restaurant has the right talent for the future.
- Have prior General Manager experience running high‑volume quick‑service restaurant locations, or strong experience in hospitality or retail.
- Be at least 18 years old.
