Job Description
General Manager: $60,000-$90,000/yr.
Lead store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, cost control, and compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of store operations during shifts.
- Maintain cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
- Ensure customer relations and store cleanliness.
- Follow and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Handle staffing, scheduling, and paperwork.
- Drive store profitability through marketing and operational efficiencies.
- Manage food and inventory restocking, including daily cleaning of equipment.
- Transport and deliver pizzas as a delivery driver when required.
Essential Functions & Skills
- Accurate math skills for adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and making correct monetary change.
- Verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
- Proficient on computer keyboards or touch screens.
- Navigate routes and addresses, including adverse terrain.
- Motor coordination for rapid precise movements.
- Reading maps and locating addresses within delivery area.
Physical Requirements
- Stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and carry for short distances.
- Operate delivery vehicles and perform driving duties.
- Perform repetitive tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, and climbing as required.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
- Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and perform physical tasks.
