Responsibilities:
- Ensure the restaurant is compliant with all company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards to guarantee a safe, clean environment for both staff and customers.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate ordering processes to prevent overstocking or shortages, while reducing waste.
- Mentor and develop your team by providing guidance, feedback, and training to ensure consistent delivery of Papa John’s standards.
- Lead operational strategies to meet and exceed company goals for quality, customer service, and profitability.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining profitability through effective cost controls.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively manage both staff and customer relations.
- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the store, the bank, and required meetings.
- Solid experience in budget management and financial analysis to drive profitability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere.
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience, with a proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
Compensation:
$60,000 - $100,000 per year
