Reference: PR/ _ Title: General ManagerSalary: $130 - 140k/yr + bonus potentialLocation: Orlando, FL Company Summary: Leading North American environmental services company and one of the largest players in the waste and recycling industry.The General Manager will be responsible for:Lead, develop, and coach a high-performing team, including responsibility for hiring, training, performance management, and succession planning.Own full P&L responsibility for the operation, analyzing financial performance and identifying opportunities to improve profitability, EBITDA, and overall business results.Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring resources, staffing, processes, and assets are optimized to meet service and productivity expectations.Champion a strong safety and compliance culture, holding teams accountable to established standards while proactively identifying and addressing operational risks.Build strong customer and commercial relationships, partnering cross-functionally to support retention, contract negotiations, forecasting, and continued business growth.The General Manager should have the following qualifications:Must have 5+ years of progressive operations leadership within a complex, service-driven environmentProven P&L ownership, including budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and EBITDA performanceDemonstrated success leading and developing teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance managementExperience managing field-based operations with a strong focus on safety, service delivery, and operational efficiencyBenefits/PerksCompetitive compensation and medical plan options Professional development and leadership training opportunitiesInclusive and collaborative work environmentIf you are interested in this opportunity, please submit your resume to be considered
