General Manager

Seven Executive are partnered with a fast-growing, multi-site commercial maintenance service operator in the Orlando, FL market, and we're leading a confidential search for a General Manager to lead their newly consolidated Orlando region.

The Opportunity

This is a rare chance to step into a combined P&L covering two recently acquired locations, an $8-9M operation serving roughly 80 team members, with a clear growth mandate toward $10-12M+.

You'll partner closely with a centralized sales function, taking full ownership of operational execution, client relationships, and commercial growth across a diverse customer base spanning HOAs, hospitality, municipalities, and select high-profile national accounts.

What You'll Own

• Full P&L leadership for an $8-9M+ multi-site operation, with a clear growth trajectory
• 6-8 direct reports including client relationship managers and a branch administrator
• Day-to-day operational credibility- comfortable walking sites and leading crews, not just managing from a desk
• Client-facing commercial leadership with sophisticated, high-expectation customers
• Close partnership with a centralized sales team to drive pricing strategy and new business growth

What We're Looking For

• A proven operator with VP-level or equivalent P&L leadership experience, ideally $8-10M+ in scale
• A background in a service-driven, multi-site industry — think professional pool services, waste/recycling, linen/uniform, restaurant equipment, pest control, rental car, HVAC, plumbing, or facility services
• Strong client service instincts paired with genuine operational, hands-on credibility
• A growth mindset — someone energized by scaling an operation, not just maintaining one
• Willingness to relocate to the Orlando area
• Base up to $175K, plus bonus potential up to 30%
