Shelgin Partners is recruiting for a General Manager role with a leading Uniform and Workplace Services company.

We're seeking dynamic leaders to oversee operations in the following locations:

• Caspian, MI
• Cherry Hill, NJ
• Cleveland, OH

This is a high-impact position ideal for professionals with a strong background in operations, leadership, and customer-focused growth.

What We're Looking For

• 5–7 years of progressive management experience
• Proven success in operations management within a production or manufacturing environment
• 12–18 months of B2B sales experience
• Background in Uniform Services
• Strong skills in Leadership, Sales & Growth, Customer Service, Financial & Operational Understanding, and Technical Aptitude
• Willingness to travel regionally

Base salary of 120-140K, full benefits.
