Qualifications

• A minimum of 3years of leadership experience in a quick‑service restaurant (QSR) and/or a full‑service restaurant
• Previous restaurant, retail, and/or hospitality experience
• Prior experience training, developing, and leading others
• Planning & organizing skills: specifies goals, priorities, tasks, resources, schedules, budgets, and P&L statements
• Hard‑working, team‑oriented, friendly, enthusiastic, honest, and with great customer skills
• Drive & flexibility: consistently displays achievement orientation and operates with high energy
• At least 18years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
• Willingness to drive and train in one of our existing restaurants for several months prior to opening; training location will be determined upon hire
• Successful completion of a pre‑employment background check
