Job Summary

Lead the energy. Elevate the experience. As General Manager of Concessions, you will drive all concessions operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences while achieving financial, operational, and cultural goals. You will oversee large-scale event execution, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure premium service standards across all concessions platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field

5+ years of senior-level food & beverage or concessions leadership experience

Experience managing high-volume, multi-unit operations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems

Knowledge of inventory management systems and financial reporting

ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain)

Key Responsibilities

Lead all concessions operations across the venue

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance

Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards

Direct hiring, training, and development of management teams

Execute operational plans for large-scale events

Monitor inventory controls and cost management practices

Collaborate with venue partners and corporate leadership

Maintain Levy standards of service and hospitality
