Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily business operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of employees to meet performance goals
- Monitor and manage budgets, financial reporting, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues promptly
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Drive sales strategies and identify opportunities for revenue growth
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
- Proficiency in business operations software and reporting tools
- 50 to 52 hours weekly
