Store ManagerWe are seeking a Store Manager for our actively growing car wash company!The Store Manager is ultimately responsible for his/her store's successful operation and profitability. This person also supports hiring, onboarding, training, and best practices for all area locations.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead by example and showcase the standard for customer service, quality, and cleanlinessCreate a positive and fun working environmentContinuously educate store teams on products, services, promotions and/or operational initiativesAct as the store expert on the POS system, wash equipment, application processes and service initiativesIn partnership with the Operations and Human Resources, hire or promote, train and evaluate Supervisors, Sales and Crew membersField and resolve customer or employee issues, partnering with CEO, HR and/or the Operations and Training Manager as neededManage the store level claims processMaintain proper chemical and supply inventoryEnsure all opening and closing procedures are followedProactively manage laborWrite staff schedule and manage call outsLead any other store level operational initiatives as neededMaintain, troubleshoot, and complete general repairs on wash equipmentBenefits include:Health Benefits401-KFree car washesRequirements3-5 years in a leadership role.Team player who is willing to jump in and get the work completed.Highly motivated, self-directed individual with the ability to multi-taskAbility to work a variety of hours including weekend shifts.
