Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop restaurant teams, including hiring and training new team members.
• Deliver outstanding service to guests with a focus on collaboration and a positive, family-like atmosphere.
• Guide teams toward restaurant goals, including team development, food safety, and adherence to brand standards.
• Manage P&L responsibilities and support marketing initiatives to drive business performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in operations, guest satisfaction, and overall restaurant performance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a restaurant or retail manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead teams, hire and train staff, and motivate for performance.
• Strong understanding of food safety, P&L management, and brand standards; willingness to learn and apply new concepts.
• Interest in learning, guiding others, and working toward restaurant goals in a fast-paced environment.
