General Manager

The General Manager supports daily operations at Beercode, ensuring exceptional guest service, food and beverage quality, and operational excellence in a fast-paced airport environment. This role assists with team development, staffing, inventory, cost control, and compliance with food safety and company standards while helping drive sales and operational performance. Success in this position requires strong leadership, communication, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding experience for travelers.

• Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver excellent food quality and guest service.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and brand standards are met.
• Monitor labor, inventory, ordering, and operating costs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support operational improvements and help achieve business objectives.
• Resolve operational challenges and promote guest satisfaction.
