General Manager PositionA growing luxury Western lifestyle retailer is seeking a driven General Manager to launch and lead its new Lubbock store. This position offers the opportunity to establish a new location, build its customer base and create a talented, service-oriented retail team.The successful candidate will combine hands-on retail leadership with strong commercial judgment, an ownership mindset and a genuine appreciation for craftsmanship and the Western lifestyle.

Responsibilities include:Establish and lead the new Lubbock store and its daily operations.Recruit, train, coach and retain a high-performing sales and support team.Take responsibility for sales, profitability, payroll, inventory and operational standards.Deliver a welcoming, personalized and elevated customer experience.Build a loyal customer base through clienteling, referrals and community engagement.Establish sales expectations and monitor key store and individual performance indicators.Use sales reporting and trends to identify opportunities and improve results.Maintain excellent merchandising, presentation, cleanliness and product-care standards.Develop meaningful relationships and partnerships within the Lubbock community.Create a culture of teamwork, accountability and consistent communication.
