Overview
Lead a high‑volume McDonald’s restaurant, ensuring profitability and adherence to the critical Customer Standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness. This is a corporate‑owned franchise position; the franchisee is the employer.
Responsibilities
- Run the restaurant as a profitable business and maintain high customer standards.
- Collaborate with corporate leaders to set restaurant goals and create action plans.
- Lead a team of Department Managers, coaching them to set and achieve departmental goals.
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong future leadership team.
Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume locations.
- Strong background in quick‑service restaurants, hospitality or retail.
- Minimum age 18 (manager in a corporate owned restaurant).
