Responsibilities
- Run a profitable restaurant.
- Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Work with leaders to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them.
- Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, track progress, and provide coaching and direction.
- Improve departmental performance to enhance overall restaurant success.
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume locations.
- Background in quick‑service restaurants strongly desired; experience in hospitality or retail also acceptable.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to work in corporate owned and operated restaurants.
