The General Manager Position must be a highly motivated, self-driven individual. The job requires making sure the guest comes first.
Responsibilities
- Create, implement and maintain labor schedules/staffing/training.
- Oversee the entire business, handling daily operations and financial management.
- Control inventory variances and ordering.
Benefits
Pay based on experience, 1 week vacation after one year, 2 weeks after 2 years. Monthly and Quarterly Bonuses.
