- Be the leader of your restaurant’s Meatcraft and guide your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
- Drive local store marketing and help reach sales and profit goals while ensuring the restaurant delivers top-quality meats.
- Lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain brand standards.
Qualifications
- Have at least one year of restaurant or retail management experience.
- Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
