McDonald’s corporate‑owned restaurants are looking for experienced General Managers to lead profitable operations, provide outstanding customer experience, and develop high‑performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Operate all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Lead a team of Department Managers, coaching and setting goals for quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Hire, train, and develop Department and Shift Managers.
- Set and monitor performance metrics, ensuring adherence to McDonald’s quality standards.
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and operational budgets.
Qualifications
- Minimum age 18 years.
- Prior experience as a General Manager in a high‑volume quick‑service restaurant; hospitality or retail experience also desired.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to drive results and maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
