Key Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed studio revenue and membership targets
- Lead innovative, community-focused outreach and lead generation initiatives
- Drive member referrals through strategic engagement and incentive programs
- Convert leads through personalized sales interactions , studio tours, and follow-ups
- Champion member retention with proactive relationship-building and support
Studio Leadership & Daily Operations
- Inspire and manage a high-performing, motivated team
- Oversee daily studio operations with a focus on efficiency and consistency
- Foster an energized, inclusive environment that aligns with BFTs mission
- Be the face of the studio and build strong relationships with members, staff, and the local community
Customer Experience & Studio Culture
- Deliver a five-star experience across in-person, phone, and digital channels
- Promote a studio culture that is welcoming, empowering, and inclusive
- Ensure every member feels supported, seen, and motivated to reach their goals
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Lead local marketing and promotional campaigns to increase visibility
- Build partnerships with schools, local businesses, and community organizations
- Leverage social media and digital platforms to tell compelling stories, share results, and connect with the Montclair audience
