We are partnering with an established hospitality ownership group seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead a well-located Miami Beach property through an exciting new chapter.
Following a recent acquisition, ownership is focused on elevating the property's guest experience, service standards, and overall atmosphere to create a more modern, upscale hospitality destination.
This is an opportunity for a hands-on, entrepreneurial leader to oversee hotel operations while working closely with ownership to help shape the property's future.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency.
- Drive financial performance, profitability, and service standards.
- Partner with ownership on property enhancements and repositioning initiatives.
- Oversee staffing, team development, budgeting, and departmental performance.
- Identify opportunities to enhance food and beverage offerings, amenities, and overall guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or senior hotel operations leader.
- Strong background in full-service, boutique, lifestyle, or midscale hospitality.
- Demonstrated success improving hotel operations and financial performance.
- Experience with hotel repositioning, renovations, or operational turnarounds preferred.
- Strong leadership, financial management, and guest service skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to hotel management.
