With this success comes room for ambitious Restaurant General Managers who are looking for more out of their careers and can be proud of and excited about the company they work for.
We are seeking a Restaurant General Manager and AGM for the DC market.
Candidates should have HIGH VOLUME experience over 4M/year, an abundance of energy, strong analytical skills, and the ability to tackle all challenges head-on.
REQUIREMENTS
• 2+ years of current casual dining Restaurant General Manager experience
• High volume background; must have sales experience in restaurants doing over $4 million in sales per year
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
• Great with financial side, strong analytical skills
• Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
