General Manager – Luxury Retail

Compensation: $105,000–$115,000 + Quarterly Bonus

Schedule: Store is open Wednesday–Sunday
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-end specialty retail showroom in Costa Mesa. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong retail leader who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and developing a high-performing team.
The ideal candidate has experience managing a premium retail environment, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day showroom operations and business performance
- Drive sales, profitability, and achievement of store goals
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience
- Build strong client relationships and drive repeat business
- Monitor KPIs and develop strategies to improve performance
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, inventory, visual standards, and operational procedures
- Maintain a polished showroom environment and high service standards
- Partner with leadership on business initiatives and growth strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury, jewelry, furniture, or other high-touch specialty retail
- Proven success leading sales teams and driving revenue
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Strong business and operational acumen
- Comfortable working a Wednesday–Sunday retail schedule
- Polished, professional, and highly results-oriented
