Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Set the restaurant’s goals in collaboration with a leader and create a plan to achieve those goals.
• Lead a team of Department Managers with specific responsibilities, helping them set their own goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their Departments.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a future-ready team.

Qualifications

• Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• 18 years or older.
