General Manager – Franchisee

Job Summary
The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The GM works with leadership to set the restaurant’s goals and creates a plan to achieve them.
Responsibilities
• Lead a team of Department Managers, setting goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching to improve department performance.
• Oversee hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers to maintain a strong leadership pipeline.
• Collaborate with leadership to define restaurant goals and create actionable plans.
Qualifications
• Prior General Manager experience running high-volume locations.
• Strong background in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail.
• Minimum age 18 years for corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
