- Comfort working around and handling companion animals, with a genuine interest in pet welfare and safety.
- Previous experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role; experience in pet or specialty retail is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, management, or a related field is beneficial.
