General ManagerWe are a fast-growing pavement maintenance company looking for a hands-on General Manager to run day-to-day field operations. We provide line striping, sealcoating, crack filling, asphalt repairs, sweeping, and snow services. This role involves managing crews and doing field work when needed.Responsibilities:Oversee daily field operations and crewsRun projects from start to finishPerform site surveys and take measurementsMaintain equipment and prepare materials for jobsIdentify additional work while on-siteAssist with scheduling and quality controlRequirements:Experience in construction, asphalt, landscaping, or similar tradesAbility to lead crewsMechanical skills for equipment upkeepValid driver's licenseAble to work outdoors and lift equipmentFlexible schedule during peak season/weatherPreferred:Line striping or sealcoating experienceAsphalt repair experienceEnglish/Spanish bilingualCompensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearEverLine Coatings and Services is a premier line painting and maintenance company.
