Job Title: General Manager - Life Sciences
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Reports to: CEO North America
Company Overview: Global Leading OEM in Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical and Cosmetic Packaging Equipment
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall leadership, strategy and performance of the Life Sciences Division
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts and P&L accountability
- Lead and oversee the sales organisation including key account management and channel partners
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards (GMP, ISO, CE, FDA, etc.)
- Oversee recruitment, training and succession planning
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through strong after-sales servive
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10-15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical machinery and packaging
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical filling technologies
- In depth knowledge of GMP and Pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
- P&L management experience
