General Manager - Lewis Chevrolet of Liberal (Liberal, KS)

Lewis Chevrolet of Liberal is looking for an experienced General Managerto lead our dealership. The right person will have a strong record of sales, team leadership, and store growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead the daily work of all dealership teams.
• Help the dealership meet sales and profit goals.
• Hire, train, and support team members.
• Set sales goals and track results.
• Help with finance and deal reviews.
• Lead and coach department managers.
• Set clear goals and hold teams to them.
• Review store results each day.
• Help each department work well together.
• Look for ways to grow sales and profit.
• Oversee Sales, Finance, Service, and other managers.
• Support all staff and help solve daily issues.
• Lead by example with a strong work ethic.
• Build a team based on trust and respect.
• Take on other duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

• 5-7 years of General Manager experience.
• A strong record of store sales and profit growth.
• Good people and leadership skills.
• Good speaking and writing skills.
• Strong skills in sales and deal talks.
• Well organized and able to manage many tasks.
• Basic accounting skills.
• A high level of honesty and integrity.
• Auto group experience is a plus.
