Responsibilities
The Food Service Director/GM has overall responsibility of food service. He/She institutes company cycle menus and recipes; plans and oversees purchasing, employee personnel programs, scheduling, bookkeeping, customer and client relations; oversees the food preparation service and sanitation; and is accountable for the total operation results. The General Manager reports to Client Administration and the District Manager.
Qualifications
- 3+ Years in a Food Service Manager role (front and back)
- Knowledgeable in Retail Sales and POS systems
- Catering Management Experience
- Impeccable Communication Skills
- Restaurant Management knowledge
- Thorough knowledge of Menu implementation with presentation ideas
- Team Building with strong Recruiting and Retention Program
- Technology Savvy
- Hospitality Degree a strong plus
